Sesame Street Virtual Fun Run

Join us for the Sesame Street Fun Run, a virtual race supporting Sesame Workshop’s mission to help children grow smarter, stronger, and kinder. The Sesame Street Virtual Fun Run will celebrate all things furry, lovable, and brave while empowering kids (and adults!) to feel resilient when facing challenges big and small. By registering and fundraising for our virtual race, you’re joining a passionate community of families and friends from streets far and wide to help make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in need.

Registration Information

No matter where you live, you can join the Sesame Street Fun Run. You can run a race distance of your choice anytime between March 27 and April 30, 2021. No matter how you race —whether you run, walk, or roll—the Sesame Street Virtual Fun Run is open to all!*

Registration Fee:
Adult 5K Race $40
Kids Race $25

Registration includes:
Sesame Street Fun Run medal and hat

Fundraising dashboard to track donations and log endurance activity

Virtual Race Bib and Finisher Certificate

Earn Fundraising Awards

Create your own team or fundraise as an individual. When you register as a Fundraiser, you can get started on your fundraising right away. Use your fundraising dashboard to keep track of your donations and invite friends, family, and colleagues to support you. Every donation helps Sesame Workshop bring laughter and learning where it’s needed most.

When you raise a minimum of $50, you will receive a Sesame Street - themed cape. If you raise $100 or more, you will receive a cape and Fun Run water bottle.*

Shipment Dates:

Participants registered by March 12 will receive items by the event kick-off date on March 27

Participants registered by April 12 will receive items by April 30

Participants registered after April 12 will receive items in early May
